Non-Surgical Cosmetic Gynecology

The non-surgical module focuses on state-of-the-art, non-invasive technologies and injectable treatments that restore and enhance vulvovaginal function and aesthetics. Participants are introduced to cutting-edge energy-based devices such as CO₂ lasers, RF systems (monopolar and bipolar), and the HIFEM chair. These are used in managing conditions like vaginal laxity and stress urinary incontinence, as well as for vaginal rejuvenation through photothermal and biostimulatory effects.

A major segment covers injectables, where attendees gain hands-on training in PRP therapy, the O-Shot®, G-Spot augmentation, and vulval dermal fillers for enhanced hydration, elasticity, and sexual response. The course also delves into botulinum toxin application for vaginismus, including patient grading, dosage, and precision injection techniques.

Cosmetic dermatology for intimate areas is thoroughly addressed, including laser hair removal (bikini area), intimate lightening, mesotherapy, LED therapy, and carboxytherapy. Additionally, laser protocols for treating vulval pigmentation and pruritus are covered, ensuring aesthetic outcomes are combined with medical care.

Surgical Cosmetic Gynecology

The surgical module delivers practical and ethical training in key cosmetic gynecological surgeries, starting with Hymenoplasty. Participants learn the foundational surgical reconstruction techniques while being trained in cultural sensitivity, patient counseling, and consent protocols.

Further instruction is provided on Labia Majoraplasty and Minoraplasty, focusing on indications, anatomy-based planning, and classic reduction techniques for both aesthetic improvement and functional relief. Each procedure is discussed in detail, with live or simulated demonstration for enhanced learning.

The course continues with Vaginoplasty, where practitioners are taught to perform vaginal tightening procedures that improve structural support and sexual function. In Clitoral Hood Reduction, emphasis is placed on surgical symmetry, aesthetic contouring, and preservation of sensitivity.

Lastly, Perineoplasty is included to address perineal laxity post-childbirth or aging, offering detailed training in muscle re-approximation, suturing methods, and post-operative care for optimal healing and patient satisfaction.
