Over the first day, participants receive in-depth, practical training in non-invasive cosmetic gynecology techniques. The curriculum begins with energy-based technologies including CO₂ lasers, radiofrequency (RF) (covering monopolar and bipolar modes), and HIFEM chair therapy. These devices are used for vaginal rejuvenation, stress urinary incontinence, and postpartum laxity, with a focus on understanding tissue response, photothermal effects, and optimal device selection.

A dedicated module on injectables includes hands-on training in PRP therapy (with or without microneedling), O-Shot®️, G-Spot augmentation, and vulval fillers—targeting tissue hydration, elasticity, and enhancement of sexual function. Special emphasis is placed on botulinum toxin applications for vaginismus, including grading, technique, and patient-specific protocols.

Participants also gain proficiency in intimate cosmetic dermatology procedures, such as bikini laser hair removal, intimate lightening, mesotherapy, LED therapy, and carboxytherapy. Instruction also covers laser treatments for vulval pigmentation and pruritus, offering a combination of aesthetic improvement and therapeutic care.
